The secondary audience for this course consists of these personnel:

- Networking staff who would like to upgrade their skill sets to include Cisco Unity Connection voice-mail installation and integration
Prerrequisitos
Here are the knowledge and skills that a learner must have before taking this course:

- Basic understanding of fundamental terms and concepts of computer networking, including LANs, WANs, and IP switching and routing

- Basic knowledge of traditional public switched telephone network (PSTN) operations and technologies, including PBX and voice-mail administration tasks

- Basic understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager or legacy PBX implementations

Parents, students and community members are invited to attend this meeting, which discusses educational issues at the high school and its middle and elementary schools.
